Abstract. The article analyses theoretical aspects of description, formation and implementation of models and approaches as a means of training specialists. The authors of the article investigated in detail the needs for competent specialists at the LLC Siberian Investment Group enterprise, presented the functional analysis schemes of the activities of PDA (Priority Development Area) specialists to take into account professionalism requirements for employees. Using the approach of pair comparisons, the significant competences of employees at LLC Siberian Investment Group and professional competences of the Management team at LLC Siberian Investment Group were determined. The study is carried out with the grant support for young scientists - candidates of sciences, number MK-313.2019.6, issued by the President of the Russian Federation.
