Abstract. The role of lecturer’s innovation culture in his professional development and the quality of higher education is undeniable. Development of lecturer’s innovation culture is an essential issue that is being studied and applied to contribute to the success of innovation in higher education, meeting the requirements of today’s volatile society. In that context, the university management system is seen as an important element to help orient, promote and realize lecturer’s innovation activities, thereby developing his innovation culture. To create a scientific basis for this issue, the article proposes a model to stimulate the development of lecturer’s innovation culture in the university management system. In which, the value-objectives, methodology, organization-activity and results blocks are detailed with pedagogical conditions to effectively implement this model, serving as the foundation of development of lecturer’s innovation culture in science and practice.

Abstract. The article deals with the problems of the staff capacity of pedagogical workers of the Volgograd region. Applying the method of descriptive analysis the authors underline the urgency of the competence approach, cover socio-economic factors affecting the potential for further self-development and self-improvement of a teacher. The researchers mention the probability of the need to increase human resources in the Volgograd region due to the achievement of certain indicators analyzed, provided the administrators carry out the planned activities specified in the program aimed at the development of education in the Volgograd region. The paper includes national and federal projects within which the specified indicators and goals are achieved. The article proposes certain ways of solving the problems facing the modern education system. The authors put forward the idea of developing a system of incentives for young teachers, for example, for mastering such "soft skills" as the ability to organize inclusive learning process and the use of skills in the field of digitalization. Corporate pedagogical culture is also mentioned. The strategic partnership "school-university" is designated as the main direction of building horizontal communication links in the educational cluster.

Abstract. Play is a necessary condition for the comprehensive development of children and the main means of diversity and emotional enrichment of upbringing and learning. The article presents the results of a theoretical review on the challenge of education and the place of game in it. The empirical part summarizes the results of studying the leading type of parental relationships in modern families where children of primary school age are brought up and presents an analysis of data on the peculiarities of the game activities in the educational process.

Abstract. The article deals with the problems in the relationship between the socio-psychological factors of the structural components of psychological stability and self-efficacy during the Covid-19 pandemic. A theoretical analysis of the concept of "self-efficacy" is carried out. This article examines the relationship of self-efficacy with such socio-psychological factors as stress, anxiety, frustration, the need for approval, acceptance by parents and classmates, social activity and self-control of behavior.

Abstract: Digitalization has become the main trend of modern life. Digital technologies penetrate all spheres of human life. Innovations have also affected the life of the younger generation.

The purpose of the work is to describe the impact of digitalization on the development process of a younger student. The authors offer recommendations to parents on the development of children in the era of digitalization. The results of this study may be of interest to parents and teachers of younger schoolchildren, as well as students of pedagogical directions.
