Copyright and licensing

The copyright of the journal "Artium Magister" is in open free access, which assumes that users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, find the full texts of the journal's articles by reference without the prior permission of the publisher and the author.

The journal "Artium Magister", created on behalf of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Volgograd State University", is published under the terms of the Creative Commons "Attribution" license ("Attribution") 4.0 Worldwide. 

Authors retain the right to authorship; the journal disposes of the manuscript material based on a non-exclusive license.

To comply with legal formalities, we offer authors to sign a license agreement to publish an article in the journal. The text of the agreement is available in the section "For authors".

Publication Charges
The submission, reviewing, editing and publication of articles in Artium Magister are free of charge. No author fees are involved.  

Revenue sources

Artium Magister is an open-access journal, which is published in both the online and print versions. The journal’s work is funded by the founder and publisher (Volgograd State University). Source of income is utilized in maintaining the administrative and the print cost. Moreover, a very non-significant part of revenue also comes from the subscription.

Deposit policy
In accordance with the rules of the open access license for the journal, authors have the right to send the final published version of their article to institutional and/or centralized archives immediately after its publication, provided that the journal and publisher are indicated as the original place of publication and the conditions for correct citation are met. Authors are also encouraged to provide emails for published articles along with a PDF version. 

Archiving Policy
The archive policy is aimed at selecting, storing and providing access to the archives of the journal "Artium Magister".
The archive policy involves 3 main trends:
• comply with state standards for maintaining archives;
• register and publish articles in accordance with professional standards;
• provide wide access to archived material, which is provided for by publishing practice.
The Archive contains peer-reviewed articles, abstracts and references. These materials are of great scientific value, as they contain descriptions of the most significant results of the conducted research.
Full-text articles published in "Artium Magister" are available on the website of the journal, the publisher's website, as well as on the platforms of the
Scientific Electronic Library "eLIBRARY.RU", the Scientific Electronic Library "CyberLeninka" and other aggregators.

Self-archiving Policy
Authors have the right to post their peer-reviewed papers on their personal websites and databases, indicating the name and number of the journal where the article was published. In this regard, we recommend using the publisher's PDF version or making a link to it.

Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The journal publishes only original, high-quality scientific papers that have not been published before and have not been submitted for publication in another journal. In the case of using fragments from other works, the author(s) must include references to sources in the text of the article or obtain permission from the previous publisher or copyright owner.
Articles that contain plagiarism are not allowed to be published. If, after verification, the article is found to contain plagiarism, the author, the relevant institute and the funding organization (if any) will be sent notifications of refusal to publish for the above-mentioned reason.

Complaint Policy
Direct contacts are the main and most preferred way to resolve disputes between editors, authors and third parties when reviewing articles and preparing them for publication, as well as in relation to already published articles. If you have any complaints, you must send an appeal to the Editor-in-chief by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or the journal's postal address (Universitetskiy Prospekt 100, Volgograd, 400062. To the Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Artium Magister").
In the letter of complaint, you must specify the disputed issue, the circumstances, the name of the person and / or the product in respect of which the claims are made. All claims are considered within a month. When resolving disputes, the editorial board follows the accepted publication ethics.
