Abstract: According to experts' estimates, today every tenth resident of the country creates a new business or is an entrepreneur, three quarters of small businesses in Russia are family businesses employing family members. The aim of the article is to study spiritual and moral traditions in Russian family business education. Setting of research objectives: characterization of traditional Russian values and the inclusion of these values in the system of family business education; determination of the role of spiritual and moral traditions in the family education of the entrepreneur, the importance of spirituality and morality in business and the benefits of integrating these traditions in family education. Research methods: theoretical analysis, biographical, monological, abstract-logical. Research results: the article defines the importance of spiritual and moral traditions and values in family upbringing. The historical background of Russian family business education and the influence of religious and moral teachings on Russian society are presented. The integration of spirituality and morality in Russian family business education is described. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of spiritual and moral education in the family on business practice.

Abstract: This article discusses the concept of social education in the family and its content, aspects of the theoretical formation of education, types and methods of family education in raising a perfect person, the correct choice of methods, goals and methods for achieving it, compliance with social requirements for the formation of personality, the advisability of taking age characteristics of pupils into account in the process of education, the importance of education in the life of an adult and in the maturation of personality.

Abstract: The article examines the importance of the influence of the family as the main institution of education on the formation of a teenager’s personality. The positive and negative influence of the family is described, various types of family education and their impact on the development of the personality of adolescents are analyzed. Attention is paid to the emotional connection between parents and children, the importance of trust, support and love in the process of education. Attention is drawn to how lack of attention, emotional coldness and inconsistent approaches of parents can lead to problems in the psychological and social development of children.
