Abstract. The article examines the process of organizing the interaction of teachers, children and parents in the process of implementing a comprehensive education program "Republic of Kindness (Republic of a Young Volunteer)" based on the organization of additional education, which consists in disclosing the social potential of children's participation in interaction with teachers and parents in various forms and forms activities with a social focus.
