Abstract: The introduction of specialized courses in law makes it possible for students to form a general idea of law and legal mechanisms, which are aimed at studying legal terminology, legal practice of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, studying the ideology and concept of the law reform program in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods based on legal values (humanization, democratization, diversification and informatization of society in the Russian Federation). The results of the experiment in the municipal educational institution ‘Lyceum No. 9 named after the honored teacher of the school of the Russian Federation A.N. Neverov Dzerzhinsky District of Volgograd’ showed that the implementation in practice of all components of the learning process (goals, content, methods, results) at the profile level is presented indirectly and unsystematically. Profile teaching of law is an innovation, the specifics of which are not quite clear to many teachers of history and social science, they are not guided by the conceptual features of this project. A teacher of history and social studies should pay special attention to research activities in the specialized teaching of law, since it characterizes his teaching status, shows his own level of creativity and pedagogical skill.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the advantages and disadvantages of a ChatGPT, in the process of studying English in secondary school. We tested ChatGPT to check English grammar, vocabulary, phonetics and ability to do exercises from reading comprehension information. There were 66 tests in the process of research. The tests were taken from websites for teachers, collections of exercises in English language for the 4th grade and from the textbook for the students of the additional professional retraining program for English language teachers in the Chelyabinsk region "English. Phonetics". During the research, it was found that the chatbot is successfully doing grammar and vocabulary at the primary and 9-11th grade level and reading at the primary level. The chatbot also differentiates transcriptions of British pronunciation and American pronunciation. It is also worth noting that one of the main advantages of ChatGPT is its accessibility. Learners can use the chatbot at any time and any place where there is access to the Internet. This makes learning English more flexible and convenient. However, the chatbot makes mistakes in sound grouping tasks and reading tasks for students in grades 9-11. Our research shows that the chatbot cannot replace a tutor. It is important for students to be able to ask questions and receive individualized feedback from the teacher to make sure they understand the material correctly. So ChatGPT is a useful learning instrument that can help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, and reading skills, but it requires double-checking with other sources and cannot replace individualized attention to each student and regular practice of English speaking.

The ultimate goal of training specialists in this field is the formation of professional foreign language competence, which is not always possible to achieve using only traditional forms of education. Kazakova, etc.), as well as on their own experience in using methods such as brainstorming, mind mapping, role play and case study method. The article describes specific examples of the use of these forms of work in teaching professional English to future hospitality professionals.
